No company in the industry trumps Family First Life. I can say this with confidence, because I’ve seen it all. I worked elsewhere and have improved the quality of life for many individuals, both clients and colleagues by utilizing the tools FFL has equipt me with. FFL has great culture and makes money with their agents, not off their agents.

The main thing that strikes me when thinking about Family First Life is how generous the leaders here are. Vice Presidents (Agency Owners) receive monthly bonuses based on the amount of volume their teams produce. With those bonuses, each VP is willing and able to dispurse these bonuses to the agents on their individual teams. What a great thing to be part of!
